Jeff Sherman our founder has over 20 years of licensure as a General Contractor, Real Estate Broker and Condominium Manager. He also has experience as a principal working with investors, lenders, buyers and sellers, and landlords and tenants in a wide variety of projects including residential apartments, office buildings, retail buildings and even a flea market. This combination makes Jeff uniquely qualified to offer consulting services for property development.
We can start on an hourly basis and then switch to a contract for construction services and/or real estate sales, leasing or management.
